The apartments are brand new and are fully equipped. Parking is charged per night.
We parked in the public car park at the rear and received a fine for $79 as we were unaware of the 3 hour limit. The Hampton station is right next door and has regular service to the city.
The train and boom gate bells start pretty early in the morning as does the rubbish collection for the adjoining shops. The view from our apartment was over the alley, bins and rooftop of the shops. All that said, it was very...

Clean and comfy rooms, great for business stay. Staff need a little more knowledge about the area when asked questions. Overall pleasant stay and will come back again

It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.

Staff were great, location great free mini bar an excellent bonus. Only down side nononsite parking but that wasn't too much of an issue with paid parking close by

Easy hotel to get too and the parking is generous. Across from DFO and can basically walk anywhere from here. The staff are really friendly and polite, and the general amenity is always more than expected being so clean, neat and well presented. We stay here any opportunity we can get!

We stayed in a king studio room and had access to 2 outdoor balconies with a fantastic view of Albert Park and beyond to St Kilda Beach.
There was no dining option in the hotel complex but hopefully that will come in time.
A very pleasurable experience and we hope to return next year!

After check in and learning the indoor pool and spa heater was not working I was prepared to pack my bags and leave as having the heated pool facility was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. However, everything else about the hotel was great and I knew it would be hard to find another hotel at such short notice on par with the Pegasus Hotel. To my surprise I received a phone call from the Manager the second day which was a welcomed surprise. Not only was she very apologetic about the...
