The rooms in this motel in a light industrial area are spacious with the highlight being the renovated bathroom. The shower is amazing!
When we stayed the hall carpets were being replaced, which was noisy, dusty and made access to the rooms difficult,
There is only staircase from the carpark to the upper floor rooms, which is not that convenient.

Really great place to stay. Place is super clean, modern bathroom, and staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful. This will be my first choice to stay in Montreal if they have space. Also close to Berry-UQAM metro, and Montreal coach station.

Excellent location—peaceful and quiet, yet just steps from Montreal’s attractions and transportation. The staff were fantastic, especially Luis, whose service was outstanding. He offered great suggestions and directions for sightseeing and navigating the local transit. Thanks so much, Luis, for your excellent assistance during our stay.

Definitely a great place to stay in Montreal. Location is perfect, near shops, the old town and easy walk to Mount Royal. Most importantly, all staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was exceptional. Clean, well appointed and it was great to have a kitchen. The rooftop terrace has amazing views, a perfect end to a busy day sightseeing.
