The person who checked us in, Adam, was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. He carried our bags up and down the stairs, helped us find parking, made an excellent latte, and made staying there feel safe and comfortable.

Hotel Le Coach is full of charm - from the unique vintage furniture, decor and mid-century aesthetic to the lovely hospitality from Adam, who is determined to make sure you have the best time and everything you need during your stay in Montreal. Oh and he makes a killer coffee as well :) The location is clean, well maintained and it's perfect for getting around the city, next to Berri-UQAM metro station, a bixi station and a bike lane. A home away from home, I would gladly stay here again!

As a solo traveler it was perfect for me. The rooms (including bathroom) were pretty small but I personally don't need much space. The hotel is located in a perfect area near a subway station and the Saint Catherine St which has a ton of restaurants and bars. The only issue for me was that there's no elevator so you have to walk up to your room. But I don't mind the exercise.

Honestly this place is perfect if you’re travelling on a budget. The staff, especially Adam, made my stay amazing. He’s very friendly, helpful, and generous (gave me a free coffee and my niece free hot chocolate). Overall, the rooms were very practical and clean but what made our stay exceptional was the staff specifically. If I do come back to Montreal, I will definitely be staying here again!

The receptionist was incredible and kind, he made our stay so much better. This hotel covers the basic needs and is clean. The main thing I love is how convenient it is to everything, and it also has amazing restaurants.
