"On 3 occasions staff entered my room without permission. For example, on my last day at the hotel, around 9:00 AM, the cleaning staff called out "House Keeping" AFTER she had entered my room. I called the front desk and asked for the manager. A woman who barely spoke english claimed to be the manager. When questioned her claim, she said she was "sort of the manager". I told her that I wanted to speak with the HOTEL manager. She forwarded my call to HOUSE CLEANING manager! House cleaning told me that they would relay my message to the hotel manager. I never got a call back. I have been going to this Hotel since the 1990s. It has slowly but surely become run down. Now even the service is bad. No more Nikko!"
