"Great place! Super friendly, kind staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location high on the mountain. In room onsen was nice for a quick private soak. The forest and rooftop public onsen were lovely and uncrowded. Breakfast buffet was delicious."

"The hotel was incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. After the hustle of Tokyo and Osaka, it was the perfect place to unwind. The room layout was thoughtful, spacious, and designed for real relaxation. The food was amazing: healthy, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The servers made a genuine effort to speak English, which was very much appreciated, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming. The airport shuttle was a huge help, especially since the walk up to the hotel is uphill. There’s also a bus stop within about 10 minutes, though the incline varies depending on where you’re headed. Overall, I have nothing but praise. I’d happily stay here again."

"Check in was easy and smooth. The room was very clean. The toilet had its own room. Same with the excellent shower. Staff was excellent. They had free lockers where you could keep your luggage until check in time. Our only complaint was that they would not store our luggage after we checked out."
