"We loved our time at coast 67. Beautiful property, looks exactly like the pictures! We loved the pool and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped arrange all of our rides for us. The food was really good as well, our dinner there was one of the best meals we had our whole trip. "The check-in for this property is very problematic. Note that their credit card reader doesn’t always work. And they are very lucky if you try to pay with cash about the condition of your bills. The slightest crease on a bill and they won’t take it. This makes paying for the property difficult and a completely unnecessary headache. "

The eco friendly question hotels.com asks is difficult to answer. They give lots of bottled water, which I guess isn’t very eco-friendly - but that is what tourists want. I guess maybe if they had a large central water dispenser people could refill bottles for that would reduce plastic use. I think some tourists might complain though. It is a difficult issue for a Sri Lankan hotel "
