"Great place and stay loved the view"

"PROS: near the train station, staff is friendly, like the rain shower head CONS: Room is small even for 2 guests; no place to open two luggage bags at the same time on the floor. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet and the door cannot be kept open to vent. The shower area is right next to the bed. The air of the room becomes very humid after shower because there is no ventilation in the room either. The room is small to begin with, and I do not understand the reason for a shoe shine device lying in the room."

"Everything was good. The only issue I see that could be better is the TV channels and maybe allow people to log into certain applications themselves while visiting or broaden the channel selection and TV’s outdated should be hung on the walls to free up more room space."

"Excellent hotel with large rooms (for Japan). Staff was accommodating and facilities were excellent. Ate breakfast one morning at the hotel and it was an incredible spread of both western and Japanese items."

"Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. English-accommodating. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. I researched a long time to find a hotel that met these needs and after staying, I can’t say enough good things! Thank you"

"😔 No bell hops to assist with luggage at entrance. No smiles at check in. No appreciation of guest; we were invisible. So-so breakfast. Basement dungeon gym. Very clean tiny room. Dark hotel without any personality, charm or grace. Located in a large complex, over a subway entrance, several restaurants in neighboring malls, interesting Panasonic Museum and quite fun Miyazaki-designed large copper clock with active parts. Next time, different hotel."
