"The Pfister is a gorgeous hotel, everything about it is elegant and makes guests feel special. I cannot say enough about the staff’s willingness to be of assistance. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area to plan a stay in the Pfister!"

"Got to our first room about 8 pm got unpacked and the TV didn’t work, called the front desk they said maintenance won’t be in until the am, they then offered to bring up a remote. They brought one up and it still didn’t work. We then had to move to another room down the hall. When to go to bed and that tv would turn off so we unplugged it. The toilet in the second room makes lots of noise when it is flushed. This place needs some TLC. "

"This hotel was OK. Would stay there again. Closer to down town Milwaukee than the ones out by the airport which are cheaper, but not at the down town prices. "
