"Our stay at Katapa was absolutely amazing. They have rooms enough for a family of 5 but it wasn’t really a room. It had separate sleeping areas so we could still have privacy. Parking was easy and right on site. The service was phenomenal. It’s a small family run hotel, which made us feel like we’re staying with family. From the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast and awesome customer service (arranging airport pickups, coffee, utensils etc) PLUS it was a 10 minute walk from “downtown” area where we coukd go shopping and eat at all different restaurants and for the highlight….the hot air balloons took off at sunrise right in front of the hotel so it made for amazing pictures! we really could not ask for a more pleasant stay. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. "

"Saeed was fantastic in checking us in and very friendly and helpful. He made everything go smoothly. The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was great too. Situated in a central location whith access to shops and close to balloon experience sites. As a bonus, you can see the balloons early in the morning too. "

"The staff was highly responsive to travel problems (because of Turkish Airlines flight cancellations, I arrived t 4 am and they found transportation from Nevsahir airport to the hotel for me). They also fixed every problem with the cave suite, which was a delightful place to stay. I think this is an excellent choice for a stay in Cappadocia. "

"Charming and comfortable room with good AC. Breakfast was a standout. Big thank you to Faeze and Sara for the wonderful omelettes and Turkish cookies. Short walk to a great Turkish rooftop restaurant. Definitely book the hotel transfer to or from the airport. Hands down best value."

"Traveled a lot over the years 26 countries 5 continents and I have to say this is one the most unique location I’ve stayed at 4 nights with family staff was absolutely incredible cave hotel makes it seems like your in a different time this hotel offers an experience the only negative thing I could say is traffic can be challenging and outsiders do tend in come in to take photos but understandably hotel can’t control outside world I would absolutely recommend and return "

"The place is ideally close to center with no problems with parking. The room is large enough, clean, terrace for evening is beautiful as well as breakfast. The only problem is absence of fridge which is needed."
