"Didn’t use the spa. The cvs was not very well stocked and extremely pricey. Target was better to shop at. Jennifer at the hotel was awesome and extremely helpful. On Friday, when checking out we had to wait over 30 minutes and call twice for a valet to help with the bags. And there was no valet to get our car. The app said to try back in 10 minutes. I told the staff at the front desk and he was useless. He did nothing. My husband and I are both handicapped. The male who checked me out seemed to be more interested in flirting with the two young ladies checking in ahead of me rather than helping me with my dilemma. "

"We had the most incredible stay at The Maybourne Beverly Hills. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt truly special. "So the place does looks nice and the staff is really helpful. But i still had few issues with the room though. First that drawer/fridge is definitely not cold so when i mention it, they did help and got me a mini fridge. Then, after the first night, of not really sleeping, due to the street noise. Definitely not noise proof, windows on the street side should definitely be replaced/fixed!! So, yes, they were helpful the next day to give me another room on the parking lot, so less noisy. (Drawer/fridge still wasn't cold so i brought my mini fridge in the new room.. lol.. ) So yes, stay wasn't bad but i could have done without some inconvenience... "

"We were very disappointed to discover the massive construction site abutting the hotel. It looked like a mess. Construction seemed to be going on much of the night. We decided to stay at this hotel because we were impressed by it during a visit years ago. This visit to LA was a special celebratory visit for us and we expected a top-flight experience. This was a disappointment. The staff did say they upgraded our room (appealing), though it still overlooked the construction. Also a complimentary breakfast."
