"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. "We stayed over night for a drop off at Gatwick early morning. The property was perfect. Extremely clean, had a real homely feel to it and exactly what we needed. Mayur was spit n with communications and quickly available to respond to any questions. Check in was well managed and very straight forward. I highly recommend to anyone. Perfect stay!"

"The house was easy to find and easy to get into. The area is great; a short walk to a market, cafe, and post office, very friendly people in the neighborhood. Close to a lot of open spaces and nice places to run. A short drive to the Surbiton train station that has a very large parking lot and frequent fast trains to Waterloo Station in London (and a nice man who works the ticket counter to help get the best deals on transit tickets). "We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle."
