    Just moments from Guildford Train Station, this charming terraced house is perfect for commuters and city explorers alike. With excellent transport links on your doorstep and Friary Shopping Centre less than a 10-minute walk away, shops, restaurants and entertainment are all within easy reach.

    There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 family bathroom and a toilet. It also has 2 sitting rooms, 1 dinning room, kitchen and patio / garden with side access.



    We have a great top of the range WIFI setup to accommodate families and people working.



    Guest Access:

    The whole house is available to the person who rents it. Its a great spacious house in the heart of everything in Guildford.

    Guildford is a huge town with lots to do! Its has great restaurants, bars, family fun activities, great country walks, great shopping, market high street, cinemas etc

We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!
