"As soon as I walked in (with my pup) the atmosphere was warm, and the scenery and views were stunning The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My room was clean, v welcoming and they’d even provided a little dog bed, dog towel and bowls. Such a nice touch and surprise. The surroundings, the restaurant, bar - everything is really well presented. The staff also went above and beyond.. even giving me a lift to the station when I couldn’t get a taxi!! Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be coming back "

"Charming little pub with lots of cool original features. Large bedroom and a comfortable bed. Everything works really well. Now, the food at this place is honestly on another level. I have never had any food inside a pub this good. This pub is well known for serving up some of the best food. Locals are highly complimentary about the dining experience here."

"Room was very cold ( plastic curtains over large patio door ) water was lukewarm, toilet cistern ran all night . Only 4 UHT milk and one earl grey tea bag !!Charged for parking in The Burford Car Park Area to right of room block on grass was covered in dogs mess !!Shocking place "
