Breakfast was delicious staff helpful and friendly. Only reason I gave 4 star is because on arrival our room was freezing cold. Window was open and heating wasn’t on.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, so much choice. Lovely touch with the free tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit in the lounge.

We stayed here as a stop over as we were visiting locally. The hotel staff were fabulous. Professional, helpful and informative. The inside space was comfortable, clean and felt spacious. There were places to sit away from our room and we made use of the bar. The bedroom was clean and the bottles of water along with the tea and coffee were welcomed. Breakfast was buffet style and there were lots of choices. It was all delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. After checking out we walked around the grounds for a bit enjoying the sunshine. Even though we went out for the evening the whole experience was so relaxing it felt as if we had stayed longer. What a find! We will be back

The gym was basic and the locker system wasn't functioning. Staff are great though throughout the hotel and the area around the hotel is very good. Great Indian restaurant down the road.

Lovely little weekend break, great facilities clean fresh room, nice swimming pool, bonus was the restaurant. Had a lovely buffet 3 course meal for a very reasonable price. Didn't need to leave hotel. Would stay again.

Booked this hotel for my in laws as they were attending a funeral in Surrey. Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional with an excellent range of options. Would stay again.

This is a great hotel in a beautiful location, the setting is really lovely, very peaceful and rural, stunning surroundings and historic buildings. Excellent food too Unfortunately the pool was out of action during our stay. Other than that all very good.

Convenient one-night stay. Overall very good. It's all in a new building, not the one shown in advertising. Only let down by poor wifi (would have been useful as zero EE signal). Pool is nice, but changing arrangements are odd... need to take towel from room, and most lockers broken. Good breakfast. Easy parking. No EV charging.

Absolutely fantastic, the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The hotel and grounds are first class. Food in the restaurant and bar is very well presented and delicious. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. If you're ever in Horsley this hotel is definitely worth staying in. A short walk from the hotel is the towers, a stately hall with stunning surroundings. The rates for the room is excellent value for money. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be booking another stay. So many lovely areas where you can just relax.
