"Decent budget hotel that’s close to the airport. Clean room. Friendly staff. Cafe and bar onsite with decent selections. Average breakfast buffet. Very thin walls. You can hear all hallway noise and we heard a baby screaming from another room across the hallway. "

"Very near south terminal at Gatwick, as an elderly person travelling alone it was easy to find my way around & I felt safe. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice for veggies and vegans."

"The woman at the front desk upgraded me as it was my birthday and went out of her way to help me with an issue with Lufthansa. I was unable to check in early- she saved me from having to go to the terminal at 4:00am so I was able to sleep in until 630! So grateful. Wish the bus driver would have told me to cross the street for Hyatt place…. Wouldn’t have ended up at the rental care area 2km later? Finally arrived at midnight at the hotel, and was treated like a queen! Thank your fabulous staff!"
