"Our family recently stayed at this Clarence Town property for a weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays (one for 80 and one for 42). The group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children (aged 3 - 13) with the layout of bedrooms perfect for our needs (we did not require the 5th bedroom or granny flat). The bathrooms, kitchen and family rooms provided us with comfort and spaciousness with appliances, utensils and condiments completing our requirements. Being June the weather was not conducive to swimming in...

"A really nice place to stay even in the rain. Lovely property with great views. Linda responsive and helpful. We booked for four adults so it was a little bit strange to find two of the bedrooms were locked off during our stay"

"Great farm house stay. No neighbours. Enjoyed watching the Kangaroos. And talking to the cheeky chickens. Only 15 mins to Hunter Valley wildlife Park. Lots of added extras like snacks and breakfast in the kitchen and insect repellent in the bathroom. Would recommend."
