"The hotel and staff were super friendly especially towards our child. The location is also great and they made us feel welcome. The room was overall nice but my only complaint would be is that the bathroom was not very clean. It looks like they rushed the clean job. There was a stain on my toilet and the bathroom smelled a little bit of mildew. Other than the bathroom the rest of the room was clean and organized. I would still definitely recommend this place and come back again, but please just clean the bathroom again!"

"Loved the location, quite peaceful. Room was clean with all basic essentials and amenities I could ask for. I am not a fan of continental breakfast so didn’t enjoy the breakfast much. Overall it’s value for money."

"Staff was friendly from the bell hops, concierge to housekeeping. Prime location for visitors who plan on arriving from YVR via Canada Line. Also close proximity to the Expo Line and Sea Bus. Didn’t need to rent a vehicle for my entire stay of 7 days. Also a plus, it’s across the street from the waterfront."

"The hotel was super clean, the room was excellent and always well kept. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and also suggested some great restaurants in the city. Staff even brought us a mini fridge to our room free of charge. They also even have hotel dogs that you can pet while they're working :)"
