Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working. We requested front desk fix it and after a couple of attempts, they indicated the mechanic/repair man was not available. Unfortunate! Also, maintenance was being done on the pool and hot tub, so they were closed down. However, pinnacle allowed us to use the Delta pool amenities, which was a real plus.

Clean and comfortable room. Just a noisy AC

Rooms were very old and musty smelling. Linen was worn out, as were the carpet and couches. Kitchen was very limited in supplies like dishes. Faucet was broken.

We didn't use any of the amenities (ie. pool). We thoroughly enjoyed the apres ski beverages and treats in the afternoon. I'm a picky hot chocolate lover and yours was some of the best I've ever had! Treats were delicious too. Our suite was great. We shared a 2 bed/2 bath with some good friend who we only see a few times a year so it was the perfect place to have our visit. Breakfast was delicious and appreciated that it was included so we didn't have to venture out in the morning. Overall we had a great stay!
