Super helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel is also only about 5 min bus / 20 min walk to downtown. Also close to a supermarket and a bunch of places to get a quick meal. Would stay there again!

The staff were friendly and helpful - we even got a free room upgrade! The room was very clean, the pool area was clean and had lots of pool toys to use. The muffins and juice in the mornings were a nice treat for my kids.

Pros: Hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was large and comfortable. Nice modern art work and a lovely central courtyard garden. Staff were friendly. Cons: A very noisy heater in the room (take earplugs!). The TV system was a bit tricky to use and we needed help. Overall: Recommend this hotel.

Hidden gem! Fantastic staff that had the right mix of chill and attentive and none of the pretentiousness that is all too often of those behind a desk. This is a great hotel that has what one needs for the price point without the fluff. Rooms where clean and well taken care of with a comfortable bed which after all is what one wants. The indoor pool an hot tub was a pleasant addition!

The hotel room was great and extremely clean and updated. Very impressed as the outside of the building looked a bit rundown. However the room was lovely. I will stay here again in future. The pool could have been warmer but my child enjoyed it. The hot tub is on the small side but enjoyable for a warm up after the pool.
