"Great hotel, well located and the rooms were lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't recall his name but the young guy with sandy blonde coloured hair was very kind and particularly helpful."

"The room is modern and comfortable. The location is good. The washer and dryer are just outside the room, and shared with one other room are a plus. But the layout of the rooms is not good for senior and handicapped people since guests have to walk up or walk down stairs to access the room"

"We arrived as it was raining. The receptionist told us the guest parking was full- not sure how since we were guests. She also said the bottle of wine tha came with would be in our room- it wasn’t and we had to call for it. We were put in the conference room floor which was fine, but there is not a sign to even point in the direction of the guest rooms until you walk all the way down past the conference rooms. "
