Lake Hayes is beautiful, but you are no where near it here.

An amazing place to stay to end a week long road trip around Otago and Southland. Stunning views from every vantage point and the staff were all amazing as well. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful views, lovely room

We had a king room with a view of the lake. It was not a large room, but it was very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. We could walk to shops and restaurants and tourist attractions, which was a big plus in a busy town with limited parking.

Great views all around property, rooms and bathrooms just need a bit of an update and deep clean. Appreciated the fact that we were able to check out at 11am. Can get groceries from local pak n save or woolworths and cook meals and wash clothes etc as well. Parking available onsite as well.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate. Check in and out was very easy with online options to make check in faster. Parking may be an issue of the hotel is fully booked. The front desk staff were helpful finding parking alternatives.
