"Good stay overall. The room was good. The shower leaked and the floor tiles were loose near the shower. The faucet at the kitchenette was loose but worked. Some nights there was noise above me like someone was moving furniture "

"Location, location, location! The hotel is a block from Trafalgar square and walkable to many of the key sites. It's walkable to shopping, restaurants, buses, the tube, hop on and hop off buses. The staff is very friendly and provided great suggestions to restaurants and sites to see. The hotel is very clean and has a washing machine at no charge for guests to use. I would definitely stay again at the hotel for my next trip to London."
