The room was extremely well done, the ambiance in the hotel was great, cleanliness, birds chirping, complementary warm drinks throughout the day, all made our stay very pleasant. The staff itself was fabulous, especially Nasa Larissa and Rafa, who were more than happy to assist an annoying customer like me by answering my need for recommendations for the city and help during my stay. The only downside was a knock on the door while there was I do not disturb sign on it. This was the housekeeping wanting to clean our room. The reception desk was informed and they promised they will refresh the memory of the housekeeping team."
