"I hope this helps anyone looking to book at this hotel. I was honestly hesitant to book Selat Al Bait at first because the price was so affordable that I was skeptical. I kept wondering if there was a catch. But I can confidently say this hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The hotel is very clean — from the rooms to the lobby and common areas. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. The staff are incredibly pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The reception team, the café staff, and everyone we interacted with were kind and professional. They truly made the stay feel warm and easy. Yes, it’s a little far from the Haram, but they provide shuttle services, which makes it very convenient. Plus, there are always taxis right outside, so getting around is never an issue. Overall, the experience was smooth, comfortable, and much better than I expected for the price. If you’re thinking about booking here, do it — it’s absolutely worth it."

"Our stay at Elaf Qinwan Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Our room was comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The food was amazing and well prepared. There are shops on the ground level for quick needs, a mosque inside the building, a gym, and many elevators that made going up and down easy, even from the 12th floor where we stayed. The hotel is not within walking distance to the Haram, but the hourly shuttle service was reliable and very convenient. The internet was not very fast, likely because of the higher floor, but it worked fine for basic use. The rates were very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would confidently rate it 10/10. I will definitely stay here again."
