Stayed here for 3 days and the experiance was very good. I booked room through expedia but the Check in was very swift from hotel and they also allowed me a early check-in. Brother Anmar at the reception was very helpful throughout the stay. Service was very good and the room was also nice and spacious. Bus service available from the hotel to Haram but it is very time consuming and crowded after fajr prayer. Good value for money hotel.

I was on the 12th floor. Too hot even the AC was not working well. Only two towels were given. Refrigerator probably does not work. It was warm inside. Bed was even very hot.

المكيف ما كان شغال ولما جا مهندس الصيانة في الاول ما تمكن من تحديد المشكلة وقال انتظر وحيبرد وانتظرت وما حصل حاجة واضطريت اتصل مرة اخرى وطلب الصيانة وجا مهندس صيانة غير الاول وطلعت المشكلة انه المكيف محتاج قطعة غيار وبالفعل غيرها ثم اشتغل والعملية هذه اخذت ٤ ساعات . مفترض يكون في صيانة دورية ويتم تفقد الغرفة قبل تأجيرها.
