Great place if you are looking for accomodation around Haram. The shuttles are very frequent. The shuttles could get very crowded during prayer times and account for atleast 30 minutes to reach Masjid Haram

The hotel itself is very good. It was clean, breakfast had many options, and tasted very good, and the staff was very COURTEOUS. The only thing is the bus service can be a real hustle. Forget about taking bus after Friday prayer. It was sad to see people fighting over getting on to bus.
