There was a shuttle that took you to the Haram every half hour, stopping at the Jarwal bus stop. (Since there are many bus stops around the Haram, it’s important to remember the name of yours.)

"The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. "

"I like how the staff clean the room everyday. They should check the cooler fridge seems its not working and some of the food we put were wasted . Overall our stay is good Alhamdulillah . 10-15 mins walk to haram . Much easier if you go through anjum hotel in their underground escalator straight away to haram. "
