"Great hotel and great location! Family loved it. Bedrooms were beautiful and we got half board so the meals were soo good!"

"Booked a room with Kabaa view, but could only see minarats. stayed 2 nights and had no lights in our room apart from in the bathroom. So we checked out on our last night in the evening and went to another hotel. Feel bad for writing this because it was apart of our Umrah, but hopefully they can use this to become better. Because we did not feel any 5 star feeling there."
