We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Room 1803 was modern, very comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring throughout our stay. The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. The proximity to the Haram is a true advantage that makes the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room is basic but spotless clean,the bedding was good.I am not sure about the staff as I dealt with one very approachable but turned out the worst one according to my experience he recommended that I should upgrade my room and explained what the new room will be,but when I entered my upgraded room happened to be the same room I booked and fully paid for,immediately I rejected the new room and demanded my full refund but until today two weeks later have not receive my refund.
