"Didn’t get the bed I asked for, and been notified about the arrival time while ago and asked for the room to be ready but it wasn’t. Also they said it will be ready as requested for the second night but still my request wasn’t fulfilled. "

"Everything was exceptional !!! The room was super suspicious and clean and the breakfast buffet was really good and had many options. Only a few minutes walk to the Al-Haram and I highly will be coming back here insha’Allah :)"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had a confirmed booking and when arrived they said we are over booked. Extremely rude staff. Than there were others who were waiting there as well. Why would you take bookings and not honor them. We waited hours upon hours. They tried to force us to go to another hotel which was even worst. It’s when we called the local police they than forced them to give us a room. They were forced to give a room with more beds. We really didn’t need extra beds and etc. It’s always better to check reviews and etc before booking. "
