It was pleasure to stay in Makram the staff was very friendly special thanks miss Leba she call me the breakfast was very very good I miss Mr YASER the breakfast room in charge he is on vacation and the bell desk Mr Siddiq is such a nice man and very helpful I am really thankful to him I recommend to stay with them

I really liked the hotel staff. They were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean overall. The only concern I had was a small smell coming from the bathroom. I don’t think it was because the bathroom was unclean; rather, I think there may be something that needs to be fixed or maintained. Other than that, I had a good experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Makarem hotel and felt like home. It was super clean, quite and comfortable, the room service was excellent. The staff Barakat, Raghad and Wajeden were very polite and friendly. Will come and stay at this place over and over. Thank you Makarem hotel and its lovely staff!!

The stay was good , hotel is nice and room was good in terms of size and cleanest. The negative thing there is not house keeping every day , the shuttle bus service from the hotel to Haram was excellent. In general the stay was satisfactory
