"It was a great stay. To make the guest experience even better, management may wish to consider allowing breakfast to be replaced with another day if a guest is unable to attend on the scheduled paid day. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, and I especially loved the mushroom soup. Thank you to all members of the hotel team for their hospitality and excellent service."

"I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me...
