"Very clean "

"Excellent two night stay on our bicycle tour. Staff were excellent. Rooms were fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay here again. Only comment I have is for all hotels....cycling touring is growing with the e-bike community. Secure bike storage should be available at all hotels. This hotel was very accommodating allowing us to take our bikes to our rooms but this was somewhat inconvenient for us as well as other guests using the elevator. "

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Great room and balcony with views of the marina and the mill bay inlet. The staff were great friendly and professional. We ate our meals in the main restaurant and the food was delicious. We look forward to our next stay."

"Our stay was good, but I do have some feedback. We found the EV charging convenient. The room we stayed in was clean. The hallways were in need of a vacuum for sure. The handyman was friendly and helpful with directions to a dinner location. The front desk service was lack luster. This room was pricey for being off season. Not alot of extras for the price. On our trip we stayed at several hotels and this was the most average. For the price, a breakfast should be included or at least a voucher to the restaurant attached. This hotel could take some tips from the Holiday Inn in Courtney, which was amazing, right from when you walked in the door."

"The heater in our room did not work so it was always too cool. The bed was situated right beside the heater so the air was not able to circulate properly and it would shut down after a few minutes. The breakfast was adequate but the eggs, potatoes and meat were often cold or barely warm. "
