"Breakfast was ok, the room was much smaller than i anticipated."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff, wonderful experience"

"Very lovely property with clean and well maintained rooms. We had a great stay!"

"大浴場使用不可 ウォッシュレットも使えず"

"Amazingly clean, quiet, and private. Better than any hostel, cheaper than any hotel—and worlds away from the comic book stores for about the same price. Could have here all month. Will definitely make a point to return to Face to Face when we circle back."

"The place is super clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very nice and calm. This is a great place to stay near mount Fuji!"

"The staff was very friendly, they can speak english fluently so there was no issues with communication. Was checked in and shown around the hostel by May, who was very kind and helpful. The area this hostel is located in is also very nice. Perfect location if you’re planning on doing paragliding with sky-asagiri, bus station only 2 mins away!!"

"Clean house, amazing location. My favorite stay during my Japan trip."

"システムエラーかなにか知らないが1泊の予約が2泊になっており、メッセージでやりとりもなかなか理解してもらえず疲れた。 入り口のロックも何回も入れても部屋に入れず。リモートで開けてもらいましたが、これもまた疲れた。怒りしかない。 以前も泊まった事があるため、尚更。以前は入れたし、料金も値上げかなんかしらないが、3万以上高くなってた。"

"This is a fine hotel."

"Great stay, the spa and the restaurant were great! Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you! ありがとう！"

"Very nice hotel. Good location. Friendly staff."

"The only place I stay whenever I'm in Fuji City"

"Staff friendly and everything was perfect."

"It is a nice, clean simple hotel. Staff was helpful and the room was fairly spacious. My complaints are: (1) the breakfast was well below average for a hotel, and (2) the location is, well, in the middle of nowhere."

"Clean hotel with friendly staff."

"Incredible view of Mt Fuji and lovely Onsen experience. The staff was super helpful too."

"Excelente hotel"
