great amenities offered in the onsen, such as the popular refa hair dryer and shower head. they offered free gift set for women as well with check in as well as a free drink coupon. very close to the subway station, just note that the location is a bit further out of the hot spot areas in tokyo such as shibuya, shinjuku etc and there arent much restuarant options in the hotel area. recommended to eat dinner while out rather than coming back to the hotel area to find a spot.

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.
