"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. "This property is perfect for a CinqueTerra visit. It is an amazing property. It is very clean, the rooms are very nice and luxurious. The spa was really nice, my wife and I both had treatments. The staff were amazing, Maria, Frankie and Martina at the reception desk are beyond charming and genuine; they will make sure that all your needs are met. The GM, didn’t catch his name, was very kind and helpful as well. Now the food. The food was wonderful. We had lunch and dinner; both were five star quality. However, the breakfast was sensational. Great property and would recommend to anyone. "
