Very nice and cosy apartment in the center of La Spezia. Communication with the host was easy. A nice lady helped us with the luggages, so we could stay for a little longer. The location was very convenient - 10 minutes to the train station and same for the port. Good choice.

Excellent room and amenities, we stayed for a visit to cinque terre, 15 minute walk to La speiza centrale train station right around the corner from excellent restaurants and shops Great process to check in! Check out is a little early (10am) but we were up and on the road anyway.

It’s a pleasant stay and the reception lady is super kind and helpful! she is the reason we love our stay, very responsive to check in details and offered help always! The door is not very soundproof so we can hear well whenever someone comes in and out the room or the main door. Otherwise it’s a good stay!

Easy and close walk to the train station. Cheaper area than the 5 cities around. Felt pretty safe. Room was clean. I wish the heating pad was working over summer to dry the swimming suits overnight.

Fantastic stay. Clean. Updated. Centrally located.

This was a fantastic stay. The lady at the check in desk (can’t remember her name) is a sweetheart. Communication was great and suggested places to eat and visit. Very nice lady. Our room was immaculate. We had the studio with the kitchen and it had 2 balconies which were awesome to sit on at night and people watch with a drink. Fantastic central location off the main walking path, wasn’t too loud or anything. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family. Fresh towels every day and very updated and modern. Lovely stay.

Amazing Stay!

This was a wonderful little place in a great location. They even left water in the fridge daily. Simonetta was so very helpful with suggestions of what to see in the area. The only suggestion I would have is new pillows, otherwise this place was amazing!

The lady who checked us in, Simonetta, was the kindest person. She told us where to eat and about cinque terre. She’s the best and I will stay here every time I’m in La Spezia. I would give her and the hotel 10 stars if I could.

Great stay, perfect for exploring Cinque Terre!!! Our host was kind and gave clear instructions prior to our arrival. The room was clean and modern. The location is great with a lively square and delicious restaurants right around the corner. We would happily stay here again when in La Spezia!

We stayed in a beautiful modern room with a kitchenette and 2 balconies. It was a short walk from the train station. Restaurants were nearby that we enjoyed. The balconies overlooking the streets were lovely to relax with a drink and people watch every evening. Highly recommend!
