Amazing place to stay and super close to town

On arrival I was given some helpful tips on where to eat and visit. I was in room 16 which was facing the rear of the property and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and there are a number of lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The property was amazing. Secluded in natural surroundings and only a short stroll to restaurants and bars. Perfect relaxing weekend - will definitely be back! 😊

Fantastic big room that was clean and fresh, and the decor attractive. The bed was so comfy, with multiple pillows to use. The breakfast pack was a bonus. So nice to stay somewhere that allows for more than one cup of tea and coffee each during the stay.

Lovely big rooms with very obliging staff who went out of there way to help us.

Our host confirmed our time of arrival by phone the day before and met us on arrival which was fantastic. She was very hospitable and we instantly felt welcome. The Manse is a beautifully restored house located a few minutes walk from the Main Street so was very quiet. Located in a lovely garden setting, the front entrance had stunning stained glass and a wonderful foyer. The stained glass was also on show on the landing of the stairs. The apartment was clean and welcoming. I received a text about checking in which included things to see and do as well as places to eat within Daylesford which was a very nice gesture.

Absolutely best place I have stayed couldn’t fault anything the staff were amazing and helped with any enquires the bed was so comfortable and spacious and the pool was lovely and warm will definitely stay again five stars

Great stay with clean new suites. The coffee pod machine was a welcome from instant coffee Would have been good to arrive to find some cookies or something.

The walls were thin but I expected that from the reviews online. But you get what you paid for. The staff were helpful when picking up the keys. The property was well maintained. The room was very well kept and so conveniently located to the town centre. Best for those looking for a good rest and recoup.

A lovely old building in a great location. The bed was amazing, very comfortable! The bathroom was enormous with a spa and spacious shower. The downsides to the room was the lack of any kind of storage or space to put anything. Only 2 armchairs and a coat rack, no wardrobe, and i desperately needed an iron which i could only ask for the next day during staffing time. The bathroom also lacked any storage or shelving. I travel a great deal for work, so stay regularly at Hotels. The Novotel Forest Resort was one of the best I have been too! Booked at the last minute (day before stay) and with a special request for ground floor as my child was in a wheel chair, we arrived to the most spacious room with disability railing and shower chair in the bathroom alongside a two person spa. The receptionist was amazing as i had queries regarding wifi and an extension chord- both sorted within a minute. The buffet...

The room is tidy and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were well looked after. For a three star hotel it punches above its weight.

Very clean, large shower was good, especially for anyone that used a chair or similar. I would have liked a rail on the wall as i am not quite as steady as i used to be. 2 seater couch very comfortable,

I would have preferred an option to sleep on a western style bed due to my age [80 yrs] and not on a traditional floor setting otherwise my stay was a delight.

Room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the staff allowing us to check in late and leaving the lights & heating on for our arrival. Would stay at the motel again.

Loved the spa bath on the balcony. Thank-you, also, for all the bits and pieces in the pantry and frig.
