"Our room didn’t lock. When we brought it to the staff’s attention we weren’t offered a new room or discount on the room. They then asked to fix the lock before we were about to check out so it didn’t make a difference. We also had a cockroach in our room."

"If you're looking for a nice hideaway from all the noise, this is it. Beautiful view of the river from your balcony, clean room with all your kitchen amenities to boot, nice size bathroom and spacious sleeping quarters. All stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, makes this place a home away from home. The concierge, Ms Evans is very welcoming and knowledgeable, she really makes you feel welcomed. I will definitely try to visit again, I enjoyed my stay."
