"We chose this hotel specifically because of the amenities listed on Expedia, and unfortunately, almost none of them were actually available during our stay. The pool — one of the main reasons we booked — was closed. While there may have been a small note buried somewhere in the listing, the pool was still prominently advertised as an available amenity. That feels misleading. Since the pool wasn’t an option, we planned to at least enjoy lunch at the hotel restaurant — only to find out it wasn’t serving food that day, with no explanation provided. Fine, we thought we’d grab a quick snack from the convenience store instead… except the register was down, so purchases couldn’t even be made there. The very amenities that influenced our decision to stay here simply weren’t being offered. As a result, we had to spend additional money on taxis to get to the beach and to restaurants — expenses we did not plan for when booking. Overall, this stay felt like a waste. The outdated 1980s decor didn’t help the experience either. I would strongly recommend spending a little more money and staying elsewhere."

"No airport shuttle but everything else was fantastic. Clean, affordable, beautiful pool, nice breakfast, and a safe, walkable area. Located right beside Kohl's and many nice restaurants. Lots of shopping across the street too! I would definitely stay here again. "

"The best thing to say about this hotel is that it was clean and mostly functional. No frills. No coffeemaker, no clock. Definitely moldy smell in the room. Rooms have a price tag that kindly informs you about the prices of various things if you choose to take... buy :) them. Breakfast is a joke, they give you a brown bag with a cereal bar and an old orange. The sign on the doors claims they do it due to customer demand. Right... The coffee in their lunch room is fairly watered down instant that is dispensed via a big machine into the foam cups. Didn't try the pool, didn't look clean enough. But having said all this - to be fair - the room and beds were clean, and fridge and microwave worked, and it offered easy access to the Everglades and to the Keys. "

"The check-in counter is hard to find; it’s behind Margaritaville. The staff was just okay. The room was so quiet that you couldn’t hear planes take off or land! You could hear people in the hallway but it was suppressed. "
