Phenomenal hotel. Great central location, walking distance to all the major attractions. Staff speak fluent English and are all extremely helpful and kind. The best service I've received to date in Italy. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Florence next.

The hotel location is the best. You can walk to all attractions in few minutes. Restaurants and shops are all nearby. Breakfast doesnā€™t have lots of choice and bathroom needs renovation.

Solo hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from the Duomo, and just a couple steps from the food market! Friendly, helpful staff, and clean rooms! It was my second stay there, and if I come back to Florence, I will stay there again!
