Great modern room with a wonderful view. Very eco friendly. No TV entertainment options in English - only news. Staff would not accommodate or help to make adjustments. Property should have Chrome cast connection available for tourists.

Amazing property. We had one of the junior suites. The steam room is an amazing thing to have after a long day of wine! The staff is amazing, the breakfast was top notch. Can’t go wrong with a stay here!

The hotel had a great location in the center of Florence, short walking distance to everything. The hotel was clean with a modern design and there was flavored water and a water refill station downstairs. Now for a few things we didn't like. We had a very bad odor coming from the bathroom all 3 nights. The walls/door are very thin and we could hear a young child next door. We stayed in a suite which was nice because we could close the door to our room and drown out some of the noise. We also had laundry done and they brought it back same day, but at 11pm--it would have made more sense not to knock on our door that late and give it to us the next morning.

This hotel was very helpful and clean. The rooms were clean and a good size for Europe. The breakfast was excellent! Location was excellent. We could walk everywhere including the train station. Restaurant recommendation at Zaza restaurant was excellent as well. Thank you. I would stay here again.
