Sometimes, unpredictable technical problems can happen and what we try to do is to fix them as quickly as possible. After you mentioned the problem at your check-out, we immediately sent the maintenance technician in your room and solved the issue. If this room had this problem all the time, we believe we would be literally overwhelmed by complaints and bad reviews and couldn't sell it. Believe us, we are deeply sorry you had to face one problem during your stay and we would have been glad to resolve your dissatisfaction with an alternative room or a complimentary service. We always try our best to satisfy our guets and we are sorry when something goes wrong. The mattress in your suite has been recently changed, it is not medium or ultra-firm, we have purchased a mattress with a standard firmness in order to please most of our guests, but firmness is such a personal thing and we are sorry that you did not find it comfortable. For the sponge and the cleaning spray forgotten in the bathroom after cleaning, as we told you once you were here, we are so sorry about that oversight, we immediately reported to the person who made the room, unfortunately, they are human errors that can happen, but we will do our very best not to make them happen again and we apology once again for the inconvenience.
