I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect just one minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The room is big. It’s nice to have small kitchen area, big closet and balcony. No staff at the property but not a problem to me. Just email them if you want anything. No daily cleaning but you can pay for it if you want to have it. The room is pretty, new and clean. I had a good time.

Plus: Great location and lovely apartment Minus: The smell ~ it's an old building and the plumbing is obviously an issue. The stairs are a challenge. We also found it impossible to sleep before midnight, as the noise from surrounding apartments/buildings is ridiculous.

So take this with a grain of salt... we arrived within an hour of our ticket time at the Uffizi gallery so we were feeling rushed and we had just had an argument with the parking staff who tried to tell us we didn't have a reservation (they were wrong and it worked out but it was scary)... this place was hard to find! We made it in time but it's not like walking up to a hotel and going in, it took four of us to find the door. Also, Bob doesn't send out the arrival information that you need (like the room code) until 24 hours before the trip. At that point we were in a small hotel in Tirano with no access to a printer. So if you don't have access to wifi when you get there you have no way of looking up that important information you need. It was trying to say the least. However, we LOVED the place itself - the cleanliness and the convenience of the location were outstanding. I would stay in a Bob-run hotel again but will leave myself ample time to get there. Also - write everything down or print it out as soon as possible to save yourself the headache of waiting for wifi.
