"From my first inquiry about the property, Margarita was very quick with her responses. She was excellent to work with.The location is wonderful. The grocery store, shops and restaurants are a short walk away.The very best part is the beach in front of Villa Renaissance. It is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the patio is exactly as magnificent as the picture online. There were always chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. "
