"We had a wonderful stay at a cabin in Ponderosa Ranch, East Zion. The place had absolutely everything we needed—and more! Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests. "We had a great room on the beautiful river & right next to the restaurant & pizzeria. Enjoyed it so much...sitting next to river drinking coffee. Our room had a kitchenette complete with eating & cooking utensils. Staff was accommodating & nice. Loved it!"

"We did not receive the room we booked. What we booked was a beautiful room with white walls, beamed ceiling and ceiling fan, a roomy bathroom and requested no steps. What we got was a very tiny outdated room with paneling with 14 steps necessary to get to it, a very small bathroom with a tiny sink about three feet off the ground and a shower no shower chair could fit in, even if one was available. Instead, the Manager brought us a folding chair that could not fit in the shower with a person in it if you wanted to close the door. The room was dark and there was only one chair to sit on and cable that did not work. On the upside, the room was pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was good and the restaurant, albeit under staffed, had good food. Pretty disappointing and overpriced for what we got."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location was excellent, the two men at the front desk were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned properly during our stay. The bed sheets were never changed, there was dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was not cleaned at all."

"Loved staying here we enjoyed the pool and the slot machines, my only concern were the two ladies working on Saturday 6,2026 at 3pm at the check in, they continued to skip me and my wife as we stood there standing waiting to be next, meanwhile they continued to take care of the “priority” line, even the guy standing in line behind us, asked if we were invisible, until I approached one of them and asked her when was I next, she responded that the other lady named Anna was going to help us next because they’re going 1person per line but that wasn’t happening, they continued to skip us, after that situation Anna proceeded to help us and started being really sarcastic when helping us and asking for our reservation details, not informative at all since it was our first time visiting, although it was a rough check in, I enjoyed my stay and really liked the security ID check before going up to the rooms, Definitely recommend!"
