"This hotel is stunning. The rooms with private pools are very spacious and well maintained and clean by the staff. The front desk staff are exceptional in their knowledge of Tulum and tourism service providers, in fact one of their recommendations led to three amazing days of cenote diving for me with a private guide which was followed each day by a massage from an excellent masseuse. And I also particularly appreciated their recommendation to look at the stunning sunsets."

"We were there when the sargassum was terrible so the beach experience and odor were unpleasant. Not controllable by the resort but I wish there was better notice of this for planning. We found the spa to be amazing, the rooms were lovely, food was good and proximity to cenotes was good. At night it’s a bit of a dark walk to get to the restaurant area. Better lighting would be good. We were able to take a car and find a beach that gave us our salt water fix. "

"I’m so happy I found this resort. The Air Suite we booked was a dream come true and felt like a treehouse. It was private, surrounded by palm trees and the concrete and wood gave it a soothing minimalist feel that was so relaxing and comforting. The dual shower…exquisite. The best part was the private rooftop deck and plunge pool. We had total privacy and felt surrounded in beauty. The free breakfast was delicious with good options and the hotel restaurant was unbelievable. Their breakfast and dinner service was outstanding. You must try the squid and shrimp empanadas. Our room steward, Raquel, was so kind and accommodating whether it was restaurant suggestions or helping us navigate the area to even making sure we were comfortable. The front desk is also so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It was truly a dream come true experience and we cannot wait to return, the staff made us feel like we are family. "
