We were given an apartment unit for our stay, the managers/owners were very helpful and friendly.
It was our base for a pleasant visit to Melbourne. Very easy access to Melbourne and far enough away to be affordable.
Surrounding neighbourhood area is a bit ordinary but the unit we had was excellent.

Beautiful venue with great access to north Melbourne and surrounds. Contactless check in was easy and despite being above a restaurant the room was quiet and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and the food was superb, making the whole experience even better.

We were after 2 rooms in Melbourne, but not in the CBD, so decided on the Tyrian. The other reviews are accurate - the apartments are very conveniently located in central Fitzroy, with a huge selection of restaurants and boutiques all within walking distance. We even walked into the CBD a few times or caught the tram in (the stop is 100m from Tyrian). The apartment itself was in top condition - we had 2 single beds for the kids in their own room; the main bedroom even had an ensuite. the only...

I had an amazing stay for the week, the room size was perfect, everything was comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. Will definitely stay there again when I return.

Friendly, courteous staff, extremely helpful. Check in was simple. Room was spotless with good amenities. Close to Racetracks and Mooney Ponds CBD was only 3 minutes walk with plenty of great restaurants. Great little breakfast and coffe cafe with 50 metres of accommodation. Tram and train lines close by and only $20 cab fair to city.

This newly built unit was just what we needed to be able to visit a relative who was hospitalised. we chose a 2 bedroom unit to cater to the number of family members needing a room. The facility is very secure, has a gym and pool, and all the neighbors in the block of units were agreeable. It was nice to have modern, well - functioning facilities to use such as a kitchen area, washing machine and dryer. The free-standing shower and toilet were especially suitable for an elderly member of the...
