"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Mark from the restaurant team, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. His excellent customer service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location was also a big advantage, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"it was an "almost" perfect experience .....everything was perfect ...till for some mysterious reason an obnoxious Sirene like sound , steady but dull in intensity started in the room in the middle of the night, which of course it woke us up . We couldn't find out the reason for it and how to stop it . By the time , out of frustration , were about to call maintenance the sound stopped. But that created enough stress and adrenaline that we couldn't promptly fall asleep again . That ...kind of ruined the overall ,perfect experience . Front desk has been notified ."

"While our room was comfortable & great location - the staff need to work on their customer service. We weren't advised of our free room credit on check in & even when I confirmed it with staff, it wasn't applied at check out. until I reminded them again that we were over charged. Check out is 11am but house keeping knocked on our door at 9.30am asking to make up the room. Also at check out after settling our room service bill, the receptionist asked to see the credit card we used for the bond again, which was unnecessary and a bit rude. Staff aside, the room was great."

"When I opened the door to the room I was immediately hit with the sewer smell! The room was pitch black as the blackout curtains were drawn. A previous guest's room card folder was on the floor. Some of the light switches didn't work. The heat was difficult to adjust but I found an additional comforter. For what I paid, I was extremely disappointed and when I complained, the response was disappointing. The restaurant in the lobby had an odd selection and smelled like an old fish fry. The hallway on my floor was full of dirty discarded dishes from room service and abandoned luggage trolleys."

"The room was dusty with fluff on carpet. The shower and bathroom had mold Build up inside and out side shower box. The hair trap was broken and was not fitting the drain. The lights would not turn off outside and shined through the door into the room from the passageway"
