In fifteen years of visiting the Granite Belt, this was the best yet. The property is magnificent. The house is like another home. The garden, award winning. Will be returning.

Simply WOW!!
Photo's do not do this place justice. Although I'm not sure you could capture how beautiful this place is in a photo. The house is immaculate and extremely well presented and the gardens are just spectacular. From the moment you drive through the front gate, a sense of relaxation is upon you. From the open fire outside and in, the entertainment area including BBQ, TV and Bocce court to sitting on the verandah taking in the country air and being amazed at the magnificent gardens. The hosts Tony and Andrea, where born to do this and it show's. They're there if you need where nothing is too much trouble or are in the background letting you enjoy your time. Perfect hosts for a perfect property. My family and I are already talking about going back. Don't second guess this property, book it, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Tony and Andrea

An amazing house and property to stay at
Everything about Loughmore House was amazing and well above expectation. Tony and Andrea are lovely people who have gone above and beyond to give their guests a wonderful stay. The house is country but modern and immaculate. It had everything and more. And the gardens and surrounds were lovely with so many spots to sit with a wine and enjoy the flowers, horses and views. We stayed in spring but it would be so nice and cosy to stay in winter with the indoor and outdoor fires going. Loughmore is in an ideal location between Stanthorpe, Ballandean and Girraween NP. Highly recommend.

Second stay at this gorgeous house!
We stayed at Loughmore House Easter 2017 and loved it again Easter 2019. The house is gorgeous with wonderful views looking over the paddocks, a great kitchen, two lovely lounges with a combustion fire, comfy beds and all the bits and pieces you need to cook if you want to but also only a short drive to the pub or into Stanthorpe. The house is incredibly well looked after and clean and the hosts very helpful and friendly. They have also built a fabulous outdoor area under cover with a BBQ and a firepit which would be fabulous fun for families. We used the the BBQ twice and it was great. We have stayed at many different places on the Granite Belt over the years and this is definitely the favourite. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable and in a great location I could not recommend Loughmore House more highly.

Perfectly presented property, immaculately clean, and comfortable. Ideal for our long week-end away.
Our group of 6 (3 couples) enjoyed our 3 night stay immensely. The attention to detail is obvious from the complimentary wine and honey to the set fire place and beyond. Lots of comfy seating areas throughout the house that we could gather in to sit and chat. The kitchen had a number of work space so a couple of us could be in there preparing food yet still be connected to the conversation. A huge dining room table just off the kitchen that we could enjoy our meals together at. Great views from the veranda over the paddocks. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. The garden is well cared for and well thought out with the separate pergola with barbecue and seating away from the house and of course - the fire pit. Overall a fantastic, relaxing break for everyone and we would highly recommend Loughmore if you are looking to stay in the Granite Belt at any time.
