"Perfect location, around centrally areas "

"Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!"

"A few minor issues which were resolved when raised with staff, however overall very pleased. Customer service was exceptional as always. Breakfast was very good but same items everyday, which was slightly disappointing. Would be good if different items were served. "

"Wonderful Bosphorus view. Excellent swimming pool. Lovely staff. Clean room. Good food. Dislike: Stair carpet to restaurant is threadbare..not very 5-star. Banging music by the pool and banging music from the 16th floor bar going on till after midnight. Get rid of the terrible music and return the property to tranquility!"

"The room is spotless, the bathroom is modern with contemporary look. Very nice, loved the stay recommend it and will stay again in the future, the only thing is the breakfast was repeated with no new verity, but still not bad."
